The Backus Heritage Conservation Area is 1,240 acres (.40 hectare) of nature and history. Stroll to the Heritage Village museum which is home to exhibits from the Long Point area in the 19th century. Located south of the village of Turkey Point, this provincial park is the only one in Ontario to feature a nine-hole golf course. The terrain ranges from marshes, an oak savanna and bluffs.
